NWR: Nepotism @ Workn VENT

So here's the scoop. I work for a fairly small company but we've been around for 30 years. The owner of my company has 4 kids. 3 out of the 4 of them have worked here at some time or another. His oldest son is a MAJOR screw up (into drugs, jail, etc.) so he will never be able to work anywhere else b/c no other job would put up with the garbage that Daddy puts up with. His oldest daughter did ultimately nothing when she worked here a few years ago. The owner is talking about bringing her back to cover a maternity leave in a month or so but the girl who's going out on maternity will quit before she lets that happen! His youngest daughter is okay and works here part-time. NOW, the owner wants us to hire the youngest daughter's boyfriend, whom he apparently LOVES.

This is so completely disgusting to me! If my parents EVER were to get me a job, I would bust my @$$ for them and NEVER take it for granted! So what happens if youngest daughter and her b/f break up? Now he's working here - yeah okay, THAT won't be awkward or anything!! The lady that has to interview b/f today is like, 'Why do I even need to do this interview? Clearly in Owner's opinion, he's already got the job!' UCK I cannot even deal! And I love my job so I am not going anywhere - it just disgusts me,
