NWR: New Alice in Chains!!!!!!!

It's flippin' fantastic.

Any other AIC fans?

I saw them with the new singer a couple years back and was IMPRESSED. The album...holy crap...my head is going to explode.

THEY'RE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The new single is GREAT! I'd like to hear the album and check out the rest of their stuff.

I'll let you know if I hear anything. I never got to see them with Layne but I did see them with the new singer in '07. I went in thinking it would be terrible and left the concert BLOWN AWAY.

We can have a G2G at an AIC show

You are my twin separated at birth (and a few years!) I flipping love Alice in Chains... actually, I like a lot of that Seattle grunge stuff... I was just thinking of a way to incorporate 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' into my wedding.

Girl, THERE IS A WAY. I'm going to FM you in case you're not on now...you must must must check out the Vitamin String Quartet's website. They basically take all kinds of music and set it to strings. They have the entire album of 'Nevermind' set to strings! Here's their site: Vitamin String Quartet
You can preview their stuff on Amazon; here's where you can specifically preview 'Teen Spirit': Smells Like I Can Play This At My Wedding
P.S. - If you buy their CDs, it's cheaper to get 'em off of Amazon.
They also have a wedding compilation CD of songs put to strings...Zepplin, AC/DC, etc. So cool.
When I found out about this band, I was in tears like a fool.
Alright, gonna FM you now
