NWR: North Fork B&B

Hey everyone! My husband and I want to spend our anniversary weekend on the north fork; we go there a lot (we spent last weekend at the Greenporter for my b-day, which was great), but we aren't familiar with any of the bed & breakfasts out there. Has anyone had any good and/or bad experiences with any of the inns/B&Bs out there? We'd like something romantic, not ridiculously expensive, and not too small (i.e. more than 5 rooms...I hate going to a B&B and sitting there at breakfast with just us and the hosts!!) Any ideas? TIA!!

We've stayed at a bunch of B&Bs out there, and our favorites are the Red Barn in Jamesport and the Home Port in Peconic. I've also heard that the Rhinelander in Cutchogue is really nice as well.

You're welcome! I don't know how big they are, but when we were there there were at least two other couples aside from us, and we ate with all of them. Good luck!

I haven't stayed out there, but looked into it last October. This site might help:

Yeah, I know how you feel. We're going back out there for our 1-year anniversary, and we can't wait.
