NWR: Northface jackets

I got some money for christmas and I really want to get the Northface Denali jacket.

I was looking at prices online and it seems like the Boys jacket is anywhere from $70-90 cheaper than the women's jacket.

Does anyone know if the boys jacket and the women's jacket look the same? Would it be noticeable if I bought the boy's northface instead of the women's?? I looked at the size chart and I can probably fit into the boys large or XL.

I've never bought any northface items so I dont have experience with their products.

if you buy it in a gender neutral color like black it would probably be good to wear. Check the website and compare the pictures of them side by side if your concerned it wont look right. Most people wont notice its a boys jacket unless you tell them

i think they look the same...just be careful with the boys sizes because the arms may be too short...def try one on before ordering online or anything!

Thanks gaby! I'm getting it in black and from the look of it online it looks like the same jacket. I dunno maybe I have to see it in person?

Oohh I didnt think of that! And I have long arms too. I might just have to su ck it up and go to the mall. Too bad, a trip to the mall...

If you go to Macy's you might be able to use the 20% coupon, I got FH one for christmas and was able to use it.

i think the zippers in the chest area are different... i think someone told me that.. BUT.. who cares.. just zippers.. i would have gotten boys size if my na nas would have fit in it.

paragon sports has them for 70$ plus free s+h

if you dont really NEED it.. i would wait another week or 2.. there will be better sales once every1 returns their xmas gifts.. i know nordstrom sells north face...and theres a northface outlet upstate..but for 70$ i dont think u would venture out there...altho its the best outlet in ny

The last Friends and Family one they sent out, it expires on the 4th. sorry I threw it out already. Google coupons for Macys.

I would try it on bc of the sleeves and length. Your tall so the length might be a problem....but sometimes I buy the boys ralph lauren polos bc their so much cheaper and they fit fine

ITA with christine since you are tall it might make a difference in the sleeve length. I 99% of the time buy boys jackets cuz the price is soooo much cheaper but im 4'11' so the sleeves are just right. Maybe go to a store and try it on and then if it works order it online cuz that could get you an even better price

Just got back from the mall. The boys XL fit me perfectly so I got that...and it was on sale for $75!!

i just got mine 2 weeks ago at bloomies i got a womans one and it was $165 with 20% off then i had a 20% off coupon and i got it for $110 with tax theyre having good sales again so check them out!!
