We went back to the house again last night with FH brother and sister-in-law. I just left a message for our broker so that we can officially put an offer on the house!

So I spoke with the broker and she is submitting the written offer tomorrow so hopefully I will know more tomorrow..

The waiting game is killing me!

They rejected our offer which we expected. We are going to put in another offer....just deciding if we want to do it tomorrow or make them wait until Sunday

Well......... we will have something to celebrate at the G2G tomorrow..... We are accepting the offer on the house.

We countered with another offer and they came back about $2,000 higher than we thought we would end up. We are going to sleep on it but we are going to call the broker in the morning!

I can not believe we are going to be a homeowner!
