We went back to the house again last night with FH brother and sister-in-law. I just left a message for our broker so that we can officially put an offer on the house!

Well... we had the inspection yesterday and there was nothing major wrong... Little things here and there but that is not unusual.
So one step closer. It looks like the contract is going to be for on or about June 24th which means by July 24th we should be in the new house!
