NWR: office mates

So, if your office mates and co-workers are trying to be funny but are really lame, do you normally just laught to be nice?

I usually remain silent till they the 'joke' passes. But, perhaps I am coming across b-withcy.

Just wondering how you guys deal with it. Maybe next time i will try to be like this guy -->
