NWR...Ok its 11am....

So far I have had two little cups of jello and a can of chicken broth...this is not so bad YET...I better go out and do stuff now before I have to drink that magnesim citrate crap

I heard you can loose alot of weight doing this test... Its actually good for you.. it flushes out all the toxins in your system

I was thinking the same thing...this will help me to see if my BCP is making me gain weight...that is the silver lining to this cloud

yeah, you know people pay a lot of money to have their 'impurities removed.' Oh Kathleen, it will be ok. When I was working in a hospital, I once had to do a shift in the endoscopy unit, and everyone was absolutely fine after their colonoscopies. They rested for a bit and then went home. No one was in pain or complained about anything.
