So today I decide I am going to do a step aerobics class, ok, there is one at 5:30 at Ballys, so I go.
Now, bit about my past, I used to be a competition dancer, so I am used to 5 hours of dance a day... 6 days a week, more when preparing for a competition
I didn't last 15 minutes into the 55 minute class.
The kicker was the 80 year old guy next to me who hadn't even broken a sweat.
Needless to say, I need to get my butt into cardio again lol

Awww..give yourself credit for at least trying! I've never done a class for that exact reason. Are you going to try it again?

i tried step once, and walked out as well. i felt soooo stupid w/ all the moves, i was a total spaz lol. I prefer other aerobics classes where i can follow along more easily!
