Global Warming is a pretty big issue, YES, but we are not going to die TOMORROW so please stop making it out to be what everyone did with Y2K and Mad Cow! Gloom and Doom- I can't take that crap!

Vinny goes 'more pollution went into the atmosphere NATURALLY in the last two years from volcanoes then in 200 years of OUR pollution (cars and stuff)' so... PLEASE stop making it like we are all up shiits creek without a paddle!!

Volanic eruptions are hardly comparable to human pollution and waste.

I'm not much of a tree hugger but I have to go with Mel and Beth on this one.

Don't get me wrong LOVE when Oprah has her celeb friends on and is giving goodies away but it's important to also feature issues that may not be as entertaining but considerably more socially responible. Al Gore aint such a bad guy

eh, well it's just fun and games anyway....i hope

i'm well aware i'm in the minority here- but i don't give a damn. this world is going to end no matter what we do- and it is not going to be in our lifetimes, our children's lifetime or even their children's children...

i think al gore needs to get off his soap box (along with many other politicians/celebrities/etc) who keep trying to 'save the world'... like angelina jolie for example- saving the world? c'mon- how? one louis vuitton bag at a time?

it is just so over done and to me, to make the world out to be like it is going to end ANY time soon is ridiculous- there is no need to scare people like that and that is all they are about- scare tactics like w/ Y2K, mad cow and now the bird flu. they make you think like it is this impending doom...

i'm sorry if this offends people or if there are people out there who really think they can make a difference- maybe you can, a small difference but c'mon- i live in the real world here. i have enough on my mind about paying this month's bills, finding a home that we can afford, making a good life for my kids, etc. that i can't be bothered with all this 'gloom and doom'. i mean, that's just me being honest... we could get hit by an asteroid tomorrow and BAM the earth is done-- OR what is more likely going to happen is that in a few thousand years the sun is going to swallow us OR the sun will die and lose it's power and then our Earth will not be able to survive- THAT is what is most likey going to happen.

Do I try to drive a fuel efficient car to help out? Absolutely but let me tell you-- those 'five steps' to help out is not going to make a damn difference one way or another- the world is not going to end from global warming- it is going to be from something FAR more severe that we have no control over OR naturally like most planets do... i just have more impending and imperitive issues going on in my life right now then the world ending b/c people use aresol hairspray

again, no offense to anyone- JMO... i just have a lot more going on in my life and i think he is all about political gain- i don't buy the fact that he really gives a damn b/c if he did he could donate just 2 percent, just TWO percent of his unbelievable wealth to ACTUALLY making a difference instead of just talking about it.

For me- the monkey was cute and all... but it resembled Ellen a little too close for my comfort- no offense to her lol

But the really cute animals were the kangaroos!! Adorable!
