VENTING... I just need to VENT this out!!!!


(my) all-in-one printer at work has been acting up for over a month now... it crapped out about a week and a half ago.. but son #2 'fixed' it... yea.. RIIIIIIIGHT.. his little technique wiped EVERYTHING out of the memory and now there's no way to correct it!!!

so guess who's out of a printer!?!?!?

guess who doesn't want to replace it for a few reasons:
1- its only about 3 or 4 years old
2- there's still ink left in the cartridges
3- but son #2 can fix it again
4- you need to treat it nicer
5- just give it some time

if your business was at a standstill wouldn't you go to the store and buy a cheap printer to use temporarily because right now... the only thing I can do is email!

I was asked to go to the bank, i come back and my printer is freaking out and my computer has pop ups EVERYWHERE... ends up 'the mother' decided to try and print something (after I said its not working) so I had to fix her fukk up then email it to myself, go to the other computer, wait for that virus inflicted POS to turn on, log into my (personal) email, download the forms and print....


she just comes up to me (um.. yea about 40 min later) and says 'so the machine isn't working?'
no
'well i need a copy'
well its not working
'how do I get a copy?'
buy a new machine
'well can't that one just work?'





ANDDDDDDDDDDD.. son #1 asked me if I could scan and email something to svc tech... meanwhile the scanner hasn't worked in about TWO years and he knows the machine isn't working.. I told him to ask son #2 (his brother) to do it, his scanner works (but no one else is allowed to touch his computer).... son #1 just stood there staring at me, then the printer, then me, printer, me, printer...



I really dont understand how these people function in real life!
