NWR: Passports- Urgent

You all are so helpful so I knew it wouldn't hurt to ask.

My fiance needs to travel to Finland to train for a new job! Thinking that he had his passport, the company booked his flight for SEPTEMBER 5th!
We had no idea that it would take WEEKS to receive the passport!

do you ladies have any suggestions on how he can get his passport mailed ASAP

He is a US citizen and has an expired passport (was done before he turned 16).

Any suggestions will help

he should go into the city to get it. I am not sure if he can go to the town hall

I saw a passport office at the Town of Hempstead town hall, but I am not sure if it will speed up the process
