Sorry to ruin the surprise for those of you tivo-ing but Paula Abdul has totally gone over the deep end - the drugs have driven her completely over the edge - is anyone watching this craziness??

I'm almost nervous about her health. She really seems like she's lost it. Did you see when Simon even held her hand at the end to try to calm her down?

I have been an Idol fanatic since season 1. At the beginning she was my favorite because she was nice and simon seemed to be to harsh to the contestants and i would feel bad for them. But now she just gets on my nerves, she just blabbers on and on about how the stay true to themselves or how gorgeous or handsome they look... she has no idea what she is talking about and thinks she is the main judge silencing Simon. This year i agree with simon more than ever.

i always thought that my brother was just rambling stupid nonsense YEARS ago (even before american idol) when he SWORE that she had a major drinking/drug problem... i was like weird, i never heard of that-- but now that i watch her on the show i'm like OMG he was right all along-- she's crazy!!!

I have to say we all just kept shaking our heads around here. I certainly hope they replace her next season - she's so many french fries short it's not even funny.

This is the first year I'm watching idol religiously and was shocked at the difference between previous seasons and now. She really is embarrassing herself, every time.

And why can't she let Simon say anything negative? A lot of times, he's the only one right on the money with an honest opinion!

Randy goes off with his 'ya know what dawg?' and 'Yo, I thought it was pitchy in parts' crap. Paula launches into a diatribe either on how much people love them, how great their outfits are, or how she loves their 'spirit' (translation: you sucked tonight!). And Simon gets booed and squashed every time for being the only one speaking his mind about the talent or lack thereof.

It almost makes me wanna mute them.

Agree completely - Simon is my fave, if it wasnt for himn I wouldnt watch the show.

Elliot finished his performance and she had tears streaming down her face while she told him how moved she was by his performance... Maybe she's mixing alcohol with the drugs?

I thought that was sweet, but I am also a huge Elliott fan!!!

i LOVE Simon... Paula ticks me off. ESPECIALLY when she HITS Simon! Why is she allowed to hit Simon? What would happen if Simon HIT her? He'd be ARRESTED... instead they just renewed her contract for THREE YEARS! I can't stand her for THREE MINUTES!!!

My FH and I just watch and yell, 'Shut Up, Paula!' for the whole show! And to think I did 'Straight Up' for my 8th grade talent show! That's when she was normal!
