NWR - PCP recommendations in Nassau

I have a PCP who I like, but she's in the city, not near where I work, so it's inconvenient to go there. Does anyone have any recommendations for a PCP in Nassau, preferably around Mineola/Garden City? TIA

I'd recommend mine, but he's in Bayside if you're willing to travel there. It's not that far.
