I am bloated as hell and can't stop eating!!! This is a particularly bad month, bloating- and hunger-wise. Do you guys have months that are more intense too?

I mainly crave chocolate, LOTS of it. but on the first two days of my period, I dont eat much at all, it surpresses my hunger. But Im a chocolate monster right before my period.
