NWR: Pet food recall: Does anyone know where I can have pet food tested?

I feed my dog Iams dry food and on the occasion I fed her Iams wet food.


I checked the date codes and the food I was feeding her was part of the recall.

I took her to the vet to get checked out and Thank God she is OK.


My Mom's cat died of kidney failure in October and now she thinks that it hasd to do with the food she was feeding her.. That cat was perfectly healthy and after feeding her Iams wet food, she got sick. Vets are looking through their old cases and are finding that this was a problem even before the recall.


My Mom still has some cans left. Is there a place where she can send it to be tested? She is agonizing over this and would really like to know

im so sorry!!!!!

Though i feed my dog dry not wet food so i wasnt affected, IM BEYOND FURIOUS at the whole situation

Here are some prayers for you that poisoning wasnt the case

I guess start by calling a vets office. I wouldnt let the manufacturer test it bc they're going to lie and say it wasnt contaminated
