NWR pet hotel

We want to board our dog for the hm!! Does anyone know of a great place for us to put her?? She is veryyyyy spoiled so a cage would not work, and most places do dog group play time and she is not fixed so that is a nono!! lol

Any recommendations?

I would hire a dog walker/sitter for the time you're away. Most boarding places keep the dogs in cages, plus it'd probably be cheaper than boarding and you wouldn't have to worry about your dog getting hurt by another dog. Paying one person is almost always cheaper than a business place (lots of overhead) and your dog will get lots of one-on-one attention and walks.

You can check out Willow Pet Hotel - http://www.willowpethotel.com

They may be able to accommodate your specific needs for your pup!

I totally agree with this. We boarded my dog once, and he came home sooooo sick!! We made sure he had all of his shots and everything beforehand, and he still came home so sick. Ask a neighbor or family member that you trust if they would be willing to care for your dog for the week.

PetSmart has a dog hotel at certain locations. I take my dog to their Commack location's daycamp twice a week and I can say for certain that the staff there is fantastic.

I do know that they offer boarding for un-neutered dogs and you can elect to have them get one on one playtime with another human, rather than the other dogs.

The dogs are not kept in a cage, you can have him stay in a 'doggy suite.'
