NWR: Photoshop Elements

NWR: Photoshop Elements

I got Photoshop Elements for Christmas and am totally loving all the things I can do with it. My question is, does it generally run slow? I notice that it takes a long time to save and also to maneuver within the program. Does anyone else have this problem? Or is it just me and my computer???

Nope, mine is slow too, I thought it was alittle strange. Takes forever to open up a pix right?

I'm glad it's not just me!!! It's a great program, but it's the one thing about it that's driving me insane!

Me too!! I kept saying to my FH, it is going to get faster right? right? I thought because it was new and still loading components, but I guess not. It is a real drag. I get very anxious and I keep clicking and that seems to make it worse!! I got to remember to click once and let it do its thing :)

Have you been doing all that photo editing where you remove all the color but leave one thing in color. We are obsessed with doing that now. NOw all we want to do is take pictures where we can play with cool colors.

I was doing that last night! I can't believe how easy it is. It really is a great program. I'm using it to make our STD. I wish I had it here at work so I could work on it!!!
