NWR: Planning a 30th Party

I put this on 07 Brides, but I need help. Pretty new to the area and planning a surprise 30th for my husband in aug. Anyone know where I can get a sign made with old pics of him in the Nassau area?

Also, need decorations. Will probably check out Party City, but if there's other places let me know.
