NWR- PLEASE HELPPP! with skirts

so I posted on here about a week or two ago asking for skirts for my dance students... barb was nice enough to supply me a great site, I collected money and everything. Well I go to order them today... they don't have ALL the sizes I need... so...

I've been looking for plaid, pleated skirts for my students for an upcoming performance. I thought I had found skirts online, but when I went to order them, they did not have the larger sizes I need.
I've been going NUTS looking for replacements...
I have eight students in need of skirts, and they range in sizes. The smallest is a 27 inch waist, the largest is a 39½ inch waist.
Each parent gave me $20.00. So I need to find something under that price. I have $160.00 total and that has to cover shipping and tax.
I need the skirts by Next Thursday (Nov 19)... so I need to order them TODAY!

PLEASE ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

I've gotten two replies, but they didn't help. Everyone keeps telling me of places that go to a size XL... an XL won't fit her...

sizing charts are confusing the hell outta me now!
so if anyone has any time to kill... I would appreciate the help so much! (I just got super busy at work and can't even look anything up right now- I'm about to cry!!! )

theres another store i think on jamaica ave or hillside.. they are a school uniform site. i will try and track down the name of it. i dont think they are expensive.. let me get to work! lol

Did you try looking at Frenchtoast? They have skirts in all the sizes because they come in girls plus (they are lik 16.99 free shipping over 65) I don;t know if they are to long in length though. I will keep looking for you.

yea, I tried them.. the only thing they have in the size I'm looking for is a beige/kahki colored skirt.

How short are you looking for? The ones in the picture look pretty short, i keep finding longer ones.

I need them mid- thigh length.. but longer is fine. a friend of mine can hem them all in a day. Their show is on Dec 5 and 6.. but I have to hand them out the thursday before thanksgiving.
