ok, this is going to sound crazy... but have sex. (if you and your FH aren't waiting, or he isn't out of town, obviously). Best cure for cramps I know.If he's not around or you're not doing that yet, then... uh... try taking care of it yourself, if you know what I mean. That might help too.

Re: NWR...PMS
Therma Care heat wraps for menstrual cramps. Of course, they dont work when you are out doing things, but if you have some time to relax for a half hour, i love using them

Re: NWR...PMS
I've been there when the heating pad doesn't work, sex doesn't work, aleve (or advil or motrin) doesn't work, midol doesn't work, exercise makes you sick to your stomach and you just want to die. My mom told me to try brandy - and if you don't like brandy - have blackberry brandy. It's a strong alcohol, but I guess it helps to relax you. Probably would still need to take some medicine of some sort as well and perhaps the heating pad, but it's the extra edge that I guess it's supposed to help.
Maybe if you just do it all...it'll work LOL. (If you find something easier - let me know because I definitely have the worst!)
