I like sugar...it's less abrasive...and smells better!

Salt.

I've had several salt scrubs. My skin felt incredible afterwards. Salt is good if you have alot of flakey and dry skin....it gets it all off and smooths everything out. I didn't have a problem with my skin drying out at all.

I've actually never heard of a sugar scrub.

Surgar all the way... you can shave and then rub it on and it doesn't sting like a salt scrub would. This is my all time FAVE!!!!!

Might I suggest the Neutrogena body scrub, it comes in a green container, and, it is amazing. It made my skin so soft....but, beware, clean your tub after you use it, or, you'll be in a slip 'n slide!

sugar, if you want the best one and will shell out a little more $ than usual for scrub...

MILK by MOR (it's Australian) so far I only know Bergdorf sells it (i tried sephora and they looked at me like i had 3 heads)...& when i say the BEST i mean it!
