What are everyone's remedies? I gargle with warm salt water, lots of vitamin C and drink green tea!

green tea and vitamin c- airborne works also but I cant stand taking that stuff for some reason

me too! i actually started taking zinc tablets. it really seems to work. And Zicam.

My sister loves to put echinacea in her orange juice....I've tried it...doesnt taste the best...but works!

Vitamin A - 2 or 3 per day for up to a week in combo with airborne works wonders!!! Also, get a thing of disinfectant wipes and go nuts at home and work - doorknobs, keyboards, remote controls, your phone...whatever you can!

Im an anitbacterial FREAKKKK, I always put it on where ever I go.

very true. when i was little they made me swallow lemon and honey (or sugar if we were out of honey) for a sore throat. It def works.
