NWR Princess Cruise accident

Anyone hear about the crusie ship that tilted at a 45 degree angle? We are house-sitting for my neighbors and their entire family was on it! They said it was soooo scary. They are all okay. My neighbor's knee hurts here and her sister in law was hurt but nothing major. They are all gettin their money back and are getting flown back to LI.

This is starting to make me reconsider my honeymoon, FH and I want to cruise but now I am starting to change my mind!

see.. now I saw this on tv yesterday and no one else heard about it.. they thought I was nuts!!
I am glad everyone is okay!! Must have been really scary!!

yeah..my neighbor said that she was on the 14th floor and her two kids (13 and 11) were on the 5th floor when it happened and they couldn't find each other for like 45 minutes. She was like that was the scariest part.
Oh and another thing...the featured movie that was playing while it happened was TITANIC!!!
How stupid is it for a cruise line to even play that movie..and to have i playing while it actually happened is pretty sick!

i know I heard about that yesterday, that is scary, but don't let that stop you from going on a cruise.

We were considering a cruise for a family vacation at some point, but after all the terrible news, outbreaks, sickness, deaths, huge waves, and now this. No Thanks.We'll fly or drive for that matter. Fi wasn't into the cruise thing anyway.

That happened to me years ago when we were on a cruise...it was the scariest thing ever, I never knew a cruise ship could do that...the ship was such a mess, but thankfully we were all ok

Yes the rutter got stuck is what the news said. I would still cruise, anything can happen anyhwere. it was an accident and those people are getting a full refund. Thank God most are ok and no one died

ladies i just came home from a cruise on sunday and i have to tell you they are fabulous but yes freak accidents do happen- its not only on boats but to airplanes, cars, trains. is unfortunate but it does happen.......

I completely agree. You can't live your life thinking that a plane is going to crash, etc. I've cruised twice and members of my family have cruised over 35 times and they LOVE it!!
