i bought proactive a few days ago b/c when i went to get a facial, the lady suggested to me to use a cleaner, a toner, a mosturizer... so i went online i saw that proactive offers three things for basic package: it includes a cleanser, a toner, and a repairing lotion, and i bought the moisturizer extra. i stopped using products on my face because whenever i tried i would break out. But i have to say i have been using this for several days now and it actually works. i have not broken out and my skin looks a little bit better. So if anyone is looking for something to help them get nice glowing skin for the wedding, i think this might be it. Just wanted to share
Thanks for the heads up. I actually purchased it yesterday. It was the Today's Special Value on QVC, lol. I am excited to try it!

I saw it on QVC yesterday too! I was annoyed because I ordered it from the proactiv website but it was cheaper from QVC!! It does work though....just be careful when you go outside...make sure you wear a strong sunblock because I got a really bad sunburn from it (I was only wearing a SPF15) since my skin wasn't used to it yet.

i got mie for free. My friend gets it ordered to her house every month and she had over stock lol so i got the benefits i offered her $ and she said no
Question- It doesnt dry out your face does it? Like do i need other stuff other than the 3 things it comes with?

i have very dry skin and i do not think it dries out your face. the third thing that you put on is the repairing lotion, and i find that it makes the skin feel soft and moist. I also bought the moisturizer because the moisturizer i had at home made me break out. i have only used it when i leave the house. I think the three things you get are enough.

I've been using it for about two months now and my skin has never looked better! It really does work, but watch out - it bleaches your pillowcases / sheets pretty badly...

does anyone know if it helps lighten the dark spots on the skin? i have a lot of darker spots on my face from picking.... they sell on proactive a skin lightening cream, but last time i tried one with hydroquinone it was a huge disaster.

I LOVE proactive, been using it for like a year and it definitely works. The only thing I will say is you have to use it EVERY day or you may break out again.

Proactiv actually sells something (forgot what it's called) but it lightens any dark spots you might have from older scars and such. It's pretty cheap. Just look in the booklet they usually send in the box, it's listed towards the back.
I use it and it actually works. Doesn't take them COMPLETELY away, but it definitely lightens them.

me too! I tend to use more of it when I have my 'monthly' breakout and use less of the product not always twice a day when I have good days. Overall i'm pleased and have been using it a few years.
