Re: NWR - Puppy question
My friend's yorkies usually throw up when they lick themselves and get hair caught in their throats...they usually do it when they are bored, so that might be why.

I'd take him to the vet. ask for a glucose test.. glucose problems are common in yorkie puppies under 8 months. My brothers neighbor/friend used to breed them (years ago) and now he just has two... the newest (jake) is a toy-yorkie and ended up having glucose problems... but grew out of it after a few months. he was on medication that helped. but it started out that he'd vomit bile... even after eating actual food. and it was only once a day, but I think it was at night.
Its probably nothing major, maybe just an upset tummy... but I think you're better off seeing a vet to be sure.
Actually FM me and remind me, I'll ask my friend later when she comes online, she's a Vet tech/Asst. she's in class right now or else I'd ask now. she gets out at 3:00.

Dogs tend to throw up inexplicably. The best way to tell if something is wrong is if they are acting differently (lethargic, etc). If there are no other signs, I'd say everything is fine. But go with your motherly instinct - if you think something is up - see a vet.
