so a friend is having a housewarming party, and im going to the store to pick up wine-should i get 1 bottle? 2? how much should i spend? what kind of wine?
we were also going to get her a 25 target gc..

I would normally pick up a bottle of what they like or with what you are eating, if you are eating dinner there... If you do not know you can always be safe with a bottle of red and a bottle of white.
The two that i always play it safe with is Greg Norman Pinot Noir (around 18 bucks) and santa margherita pinot grigio (Around 18 bucks)

Why don't you get her a bottle of champagne? People knock it but I loooooove Asti! It's fruity and delicious! Martinelli makes it and Nando does too. Could be anywhere between $10-20

I was originally going to say get 2 bottles one red and one white. but then I saw Beccas post about the champagne and I am torn!
My go to reds are Pinot Noir or Montepulcciano
And Whites I love Saviogn Blanc and White Bordeaux (hard to find but delish)
Champagne -- cant go wrong with Vevue Cliquox (I dont think I spelt that right at all -- the label is yellow its about $45)
