NWR : Question....

FH's step brother is living with his gf. We all hate her but for reasons that she treats him like crap, has a kid she doesnt watch (the girl is not FH's step bros) , she doesnt have a job. FH's step dad went to their apt to fix their sink and she just sts there reading, doesnt offer him anything and when her daughter asks her somthing she tells her she is busy. Her daughter is 5.

FH's step bro already pays the rent and pays her car insurance which is under his name.

Anyway. his step bro wants to now put her on his insurance... They are not married and have only been living together less than a yr.


does anyong know if this can be done or does it depend on the insurance.

you can file for domestic partnership. . . but sounds to me like he shouldnt! lol
i think it depends on your job - if they recognize it then the insurance will cover her
