NWR rant

What is with people??? The people buying from us were all 'OMG we are so anxious we want to close ASAP!!! May 1 May 1 May 1' Well here we are May 10 and everything (title, mortgage commitments, etc.) is good to go but they dont have clearance because they owe the bank 2 things!!!!!!! Probably like a bank statement and pay stub or something. This is so annoying, they were the ones who made us think May 1 now they can't even submit stupid paperwork to close!!!!!!

I'm so sorry to hear, it must be sooo frustrating...I'm sure it will work out soon....

I'm sorry! I know you guys have been rushing... and to now have to WAIT is SO aggravating. In their defense, the bank rudely waits to let their clients know some things they need. That happened to us when we were buying. It might not be within their control. With us, we were already to close when all of a sudden, we had to provide them with a few stupid things that would have been better to know WAY ahead of time! Then we had to scurry to get everything! It will happen SOON! Good luck!!!
