NWR : RANT & RAVE

Ok, just have to quickly rant & rave about my stupid apartment once again. Last night FH and I went to take showers and there was NO HOT WATER! We called the Super and he was all like, oh I know the boiler guy and a few hours and now no hot water.... well DUH, but what are YOU doing about it. I called the management company at 9:20 this morning and it was news to them... I'm sorry, shouldn't they have heard from the Super before that? She called the boiler guy while on the phone with me and he thought it was working fine... OBVIOUSLY NOT. So then she called the Super, he said oh yeah it's not working. Great, so send the boiler guy out there ASAP. Plus, I had a voicemail from the Super saying that he was FINALLY going to fix the wall & bathroom after it had been flooded (flood down the living room wall, ripped up the paint and a burst pipe in the bathroom, currently have blue tape covering part of the ceiling & wall). Great, but I call him asking him to wait until tomorrow and he already started.... We needed to move clothes and get the $$ from the e-party last saturday out of the apt... If there is ANYTHING missing from the apt it will NOT be pretty...

I also told the management company about the tiling in the kitchen that is coming up that the super looked at and said 'Oh that'll be expensive' insinuating that WE had to pay for it. I told the girl at the management company, um we rent, not own, I know other tenants in the past have invested in the apt's but we will not as we will NEVER see that money back. She agreed and was talking to her boss.
