You can take the pregnancy test a few days after you missed your period and you'll get accurate results...if you're on the pill then you have nothing to worry about...its probably your hormones reacting to weight loss and stress...however, if you dont get your period within the next few days I suggest heading to the doctor for a pregnancy test...good luck sweets! No wine for you until you find out!!!!!!!!!!
I have lost a lot of weight and have been working out and it did mess with my cycle so its a good chance that is what happened to you. Keep us posted
