NWR: Recommend your beginner Pilates DVD

Thanks girls! I've never done pilates before and I'm not flexible at all LOL.

Buy anything by Winsor Pilates!!! Right now i'm on the fat burning DVD and it's awesome. Cardio combined with awesome pilates moves.

Her ab video is amazing too.

I have a mary windsor pilates dvd at home that I looooove. I did it only once but it was not hard to follow, and I could actually DO the exercises. It's like 20 mins.

How about you burn a copy of your shred dvd and i'll make you a copy of this pilates one?????
