NWR - Restaurants w/Private Rooms

Can anyone recommend a really nice restaurant in the city that has a large private room that would fit 40-50 people? I would prefer if it were above 45th street.

This is for a corporate dinner and just for a basis of comparison, in the past we have hosted it at the 21 Club & Oceana.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Savanah Grill it's on 48th btw 5th & mad. It's pretty new and I just had a corporate dinner there. The room is downstairs. They also have the ability to have it outside as well. It's upscale and the food is great. Check it out.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Brasserie 8 1/2 and they had a beautiful private room.

Also Gramercy Tavern- not above 45th street- but a very pretty restaurant with a pretty private room and AMAZING food.
