Okay this is probably too late but... one time I was browsing the international food aisle in the supermarket (I think it was stop & shop) and they had 'fried rice seasoning mix' packets... and on the back there was a recipe for chicken fried rice... it was hands down the best chicken fried rice (or any fried rice) I ever had. just follow the recipe closely (i can't vouch for what would happen otherwise)
Also, if you use low sodium soy sauce, etc. it actually wasn't too unhealthy.

HTH!

oOo i just made stir fry last weekend-heres what i did..

pour some evoo in a wok or very large skillet to heat up

cut up chicken breasts into small squares (i used 1 chicken breast per person) and place in skillet until cooked

once chicken is cooked, add broccoli, red peppers, carrot chips, and baby corns-cook until veggies are the way you like them(i like mine a little softer)

add soy sauce, tasting so that it doesnt get too salty..

right before you're ready to take it off the stove, mix together 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 tbsp of corn starch-mix this well because the corn starch will clump if its not mixed before its added to the heat..pour this mixture over the stir fry (it makes it very juicy, and mixes with the soy sauce to make a nice sauce)..

serve over white rice

wow i am super late with this one but Fh makes this totally AWESOME dish and he makes regular ol' jasmine rice with it. It's a pork and pear stir fry. It's way awesome. If you want the recipe for the future FM me.
