NWR: Rockville Centre

Hi- My fiance and i are getting married in RVC and we absolutely love the area. Can anyone recommend a good apartment building or town houses in the area? thanks!!

The Rockville Centre Tudors is a nice building. On North Village & Hempstead Avenue.

HI there! I live in RVC- its a great area but very expensive.I'm not going to be able to afford to live there after I get married. THere's a slew of co-ops on S. Park Ave. There's also some on Merrick Road toward Baldwin- and then again there's some on Morris Ave.

I lived in the apartment complex on Merrick Road (491) in Oceanside, just down the road from RVC. It was really nice. They have all different sized apartments.

I'm a realtor and I have a listing for a 1 bedroom on Jefferson St. It's a co-op but there's no board and no minimum down! It's listed at $179k. FM if you are interested in looking.
