NWR -- RP From BHB -- last minute vacation ideas?

Hi girls,
FH and I want to go on a one week vacation. Nowhere too expensive, possibly somewhere we can drive to -- but not necessarily. We both have time off and have not planned anything. We want to go for about a week. I was thinking Disney World because I've never been, but the weather looks hot and rainy. We want somewhere beachy and where there are also other activities side from the beach.
Any suggestions? We want to book somewhere today and are not sure where! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How about places along the coast in New England? FH and I did a New England road trip last summer for a week and had a great time.

Disney is expensive... epecially if you stay in one of their resorts and plan on doing the parks... What about Ocean City in Maryland?

If you want to go away for a week and just relax, Disney will be fun but expensive and you will wait on a lot of lines!!!

Honestly, I would suggest going to the Caribbean. Honestly you might already think it sounds expensive but you can get a VERY good last minute deal. We have done last minute all inclusive vacations for a week for around $550-600 per person and that has included airfare, hotel, all food and drink, tax, etc. Check out Cheap Caribbean and Travelzoo . They always have good last minute deals!

Good luck, HTH!
