Please reccommend your running shoes! I need something with alot of support...especially for my ankles!

Re: NWR: runners
I have bad knees and bad ankles so unfortunately I cannot wear a very lightweight shoe bc I need something a little more on the durable side. I have the Nike Shox Turbo's in silver/blue. I like them bc they are Nike+ enabled so you can insert a Nike+ sensor under the sole which gets hooked up to your ipod.

Re: NWR: runners
asic nimbus's are AMAZING. i trained and ran the marathon this year in these. they're the most comfortable running shoes i've ever had. i HIGHLY recommend them

Re: NWR: runners
I love asics... I have gel cumulus and nimbus but these are more for cushioning with less support... the Kayanos and less expensive 2150s are also very good for support. If you really like running, I recommend going to a running specialty store like Runner's Edge in Farmingdale, or Lynbrook Runner's Stop and they both have really nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff that can help you out... good luck!
PS any other runners on this site?? I would love some new running buddies!

Re: NWR: runners
I have flat feet and my ankles turn so the Asics Kayano were best for me. Nimbus are great if you have an arch. I bought my first pair of Kayano after working with a running salesman so I recommend going to see them!
