Re: NWR: Scallops
Honestly, I love them pan fried in a little garlic and olive oil. Maybe with some angel hair pasta as well, or sauteed veggies
OR lightly breaded and baked - oreganata style.

Yes those are the little ones.... you can marinate them in citrus (orange/grapefruit) for a few minutes and put them in the oven. You can season them with salt, pepper & oregano and broil them. You can heat olive oil in a pan with a little red pepper and garlic and saute them. You can toss a vegetable with them like broccoli or asparagus over rice....... You can simply cook them in butter and then sprinkle salt & grated cheese on them..................

If I were to bake in the oven...about how long? How will I know they are done?

Re: NWR: Scallops
hi they are small - so put them into a preheated oven at 400 degrees they should be done no more than 7-9 minutes depending on your oven - i would try 1 at like 7 minutes if you squeeze it and it bounces back they are done - if your finger imprint stays they are not quite done yet. good luck! Oh & make sure they are not on top of each other for the most part they wont cook evenly.
