Re: *NWR* sensitive plus size issue please help...
i work at Lane Bryant... we have sizes ranging from 14 to 28... lovely suits and casual clothes... if you go the weekend of August 11th, its 40% off everything because of Friends and Family promotion...
i am also a big girl, and these 'wear to work' outfits are incredible. I definitely think you should try it.
***** update... not to try and persuade you to not shop in my store, but Avenue is also made for larger ladies. ***

i work at the one in East Northport (technically Commack, but whatever). Its a great store. and if you can catch a sale, its even better. I get 40% off usually, and then one week every month i get 55% off. Its fantastic.

Try the Riverhead outlets. There are a lot of stores there. Also Ann Taylor Loft, The Limited, New York and Company. Don't give up. You will find something

If you can come into the city, I would try Macy's and Lord & Taylor here. They have a better selection. Personally I feel it is a waste of time to try the discount stores. Can never find anything there.
What about Syms ? They carry larger sizes. If an 18 regular does not fit, try an 18W. It is cut differently. For catalogues, try Land's End. I have two suits from there, and I find their fit to be pretty good. They have some really nice Italian wool gabardine fabric.
