NWR: Shameless Self Promotion

I just finished teaching my first week of dance!!! I was very nervous I wasn't going to do as good as I wanted but apparantly I did and they loved me

So if anyone has children, nieces, nephew, cousins, sisters, brothers, friends, etc. I recommend both schools highly, classes are still forming:

Divine Rhythms in Babylon Village
AND
Maryanne's Dance School in Locust Valley

Re: NWR: Shameless Self Promotion

Very cool! DH booked us a dance class for my birthday in Long Beach and we learned the box step, reverse turn, another turn I can't remember the name of, and the side step. We had a great time and he was better than I thought he'd be!

We'd love to do more ballroom-type dancing, do you have classes for those in the Babylon school? We're saving for a house so we weren't think about going back to the place in LB because they only had private sessions for ballroom.

My studios do not teach ballroom, but Arthur Murray (there is one in Plainview) has ballroom classes. I would suggest you trying them out. If it's not a hassle, I could suggest a few places in the city you can go as well!
