Well one thing is that you need to change up your shampoo often bc your hair gets used to it and then wont work as well so i was told to do this
I like organix coconut milk shampoo
also the l'professionale pantene
Recently Dh bought me this hemp shampoo that is supposed to be real good, he also didnt pay attention to the price when he bought it and then after was like oh great hahahaha...but its called Alterna life solutions, its a hemp shampoo and i do have to say i was really impressed with it from my first use.
frederick fekkai has a nice shai butter shampoo
oh WOW i was at some promotional hair thing downtown once like years ago and they gave away Alterna straightening balm AND the hemp shine spray... they are both awesome. where did he get it - i've never seen it in stores. the shine spray especially is great.

Re: NWR: Shampoo
I use Oscar Blandi shampoo and conditioner and I love it. I've tried so many over the years, and it is the only one that does something for my hair. My hair is very straight and tends to get limp, and this gives it body and life. I think its around $20/bottle, but it lasts me a long time b/c now I don't have to wash my hair everyday.

Oh, I know what store you mean...that may be an Essentials store. If not, there is an Essentials in the Sunrise Mall. I actually just saw the Alterna products somewhere else...maybe Rickys in the city. I haven't tried that one yet. Right now I've been going back and forth with the Frederick Fekkai, and Organix Coconut. I also love the Phyto line...I haven't been using it but always notice a difference in my hair when I do. I'm going to switch back to that next. The Loreal Professional line is good too!

I used to go to that one too! They usually have good deals on the big bottles or a gift/sample with them. When I used to use Goldwell's Kerisilk, I would always be able to find it there.

Re: NWR: Shampoo
I switch around, but my favorite for my thick and unruly hair is Aussie Moist. I have been using John Freida Brilliant Red conditioner (redyed my hair last week). I'm going to try Aura Rosemary Mint....FSIL uses it and you can always smell her hair! I love it!

Re: NWR: Shampoo
Matrix!! amazing..you can get it from the salon ..i like both the volumizing and the shine ones ...they are awesome!
The orange bottle sleek shine one is amazing for frizzy hair!! my hair is really thick and straight, and it doesn't really frizz, but this shampoo gives it awesome shine..i can only use it like once a week, or it'll make it greasy..my sister on the other hand, has really curly hair and it frizzes really bad, so it works amazing for her!!
Did you ever try biolage hydrating? I love it. If you buy it at supercuts they have sales all the time. Buy one get the 2nd for 50% off.

I use K-pak by Joico. It was recommended by my stylist and has been working wonders on my unruly dry hair.

I usually use Redken, but my friend had an Arbonne Party and I bought the Arbonne Intelligence Daily, Self-Adjusting Conditioner & Shampoo and I have to say, I love what it does to my hair. It's so soft and smooth.

Re: NWR: Shampoo
I swear by sunsilk straight hair. I have very thick hair that frizzes with the threat of humidity. This past saturday I went to an outdoor wedding and even as humid as it was my hair was pin straight. I
