NWR: Shops at Atlas Park

Does anyone go here in Glendale (Queens)? My question -- any reviews about the day spa they have there....FLORIS SPA & NAILS?

Thinking of taking my sis here for her bday, since we plan to do family dinner at simply fondue and its really convenient. BUT, if there are bad reviews and its not a great experience, i will look elsewhere!

I have been there before, had my nails (hands and feet) and it was great. The price wasn't too bad. My MIL gets her eyebrows done and massages there all the time. It's a nice place.

I've been there...

Mani's and Pedi's are overpriced and they don't do them well. (I'm very picky when it comes to this..i don't like bubbles/or when they put polish on your skin/ or when they file unevenly)

However, their stone massages are good :)

BTW, simply fondue is a great experience! you'll have so much fun!

There is a Floris in Farmingdale, North Babylon and the one in Queens.

At first I really loved them, I thought they were reasonablly priced, they did a good job and I enjoyed their flat screen tvs.
Then in the past year or so they jacked up there prices, and if you don't go for the more expensive pedi they visibly work less on your feet/legs.
So 2 years ago I would have said yes- Now I would say no- unless you are willing to spend the extra money. (This is all based on the one in N. Babylon though- the one in Queens may be completely different)
