nwr shower question
Ok, now I'm on the other end of the gift giving. I have a bridal shower to go to Sat, the day b/f mine and a baby shower the next weekend.
One (baby shower) is for FH's really really close friends wife who I know but we're not close friends.
I was thinking $100-125? She's not registered so I will go and buy things and make a gift bag or basket.
The second one is for FH's distant cousin. Neither he nor I know her well-we've only met a couple times. I was thinking $50 off her registry?
What do you think? I have no idea what is a typical amount to spend. Most of my friends/family are from out of the area (way upstate or other states) and $20-30 is standard for any type of shower....I'm sure it's higher here. I haven't had my shower yet, so I don't know what's normal.
