So I was wondering if there were any one on the boards that owned a small business or knows someone who does. I am (very) interested in learning about where I can start. I plan on meeting with the bank in a couple of weeks to discuss Business plans and stuff, but I really could use a 'mentor'.
I want to open a boutique (small and managable) and I have a ton of questions that could use some real life answers...

Me too! An Accountant is, IMO, the best place to go for something like this. They are knowledgeable and up front, so that you're not hit with any weird surprises (hopefully!).
