What you do is invite your friends over tonight and drink all night and take the chance of being hung over and either go to work tomorrow or get a snow day.
Better yet while you are drinking do a snow dance...or a blizzard stomp.

Are we getting alot of snow? I hope so. I am not a teacher, my FH is though, but it would be nice to stay home, I wouldnt want to travel to Manhattan in the snow

I want off tomorrow but i doubt it,. ill be driving into elmhurst. I usually leave at 615 but im sure ill be leaving earlier tomorrow
but im going to wear my PJs inside out anyway!. just in case!

OK so no roulette players. I hear that it is a popular game. i was considering playing it until I watched the news and it seems like suffolk county isnt getting much snow!

Man, I would so do that if I lived on LI.
Being in Boston, it'll probably take a BLIZZARD to close schools.
I have a presentation to do tomorrow...and I'm SO hoping there isn't school tomorrow. My school is a BIG commuter school....and a lot of the professors are elementary school teachers....so I'm HOPING school WILL be cancelled!!!

Not a chance NYC schools will be closed tomorrow. It stinks, but we still go in 6 inches of snow. Oh well, I'll take out my boots!

WOW!! Was it last year, or the year before, when we got more snow in NYC than we ever had in any 24-hour period in the recorded history of the city... and had school the next day?? It was over 2 FEET and we had school the next day. My car was totally snowed under and I had to walk a mile to school in the 2 feet of snow so I could entertain the 8 kids who showed up. Whatever. Good luck to you LI ladies for tomorrow!

this is my first year in the city.. and im not looking foward to moments like that. But if I have to go in and there is snow out there... i better only have 8 of my 26 kids in there HAHAH.. one could only hope!

In my 12 years with the DOE, we have closed twice once was 9/12/01 - day after 9/11 and the other was when there was a blizzard warning and we wound up getting nothing!!
