NWR: So pissed off about Dell laptop purchase!!!

Oh I really need to vent here..Oh I am SO PISSED!!!
About 2 weeks ago I found out Dell was running a promotion on laptops, free shipping, etc etc etc..
So I order my Dell Studio 15 laptop with Windows 7 and it came in the mail just 2 days ago...Got it for $850 taxes included.,

Then I find out at work that my company has a discount program with DELL and that I was elgibible to get 7% off from all Dell laptops!!! I am SO ANNOYED! I called Dell to request if they can apply the discount to my bill but unfortunately they can't!! I would ahve been able to get a new DELL for only $650 instead of $ 850!!

I HATE THIS !!!

Can't you return it and reorder through the company's discount?

---

I already installed all my programs on the new laptop and personalized it...

What if you format the computer?

I am going to ask FH if he can reformat.. its worth a shot I guess..

Good luck

Sorry that happened.

7% does not equal $200 off though.
