I'm sure there are a BUNCH of immitations out there that are just as good...but I stick with my Spanx bc I love them!! They get my vote, even though you prob could find them elsewhere!

I have tried the imitation ones from Macy's (I think they're called Flexee) and the ones from Target. IMO I feel like the Spanx are the best!

barenecessities.com has tons of brands like spanx, dr. rey's brand, and a bunch others.
There's usually a sale on a different brand every couple weeks.

i work at a spanx retailer... word of the wise, they NEVER go on sale, the manufacturers will just issue a return to them of current stock if there is going to be a replacement such as new packaging etc.... in THAT CASE, they sell them to discount store, marshalls, tjmaxx, etc. so keep your eyes out for them there! its usually the same exact product unless its new packaging or SLIGHT changes to the style

Kohls actually makes a really good line of spanx-like stuff! The Dr Ray line is really good too...but I think you can only get that on home shopping
