she might consider contacting the Hofstra speech and language clinic. It is probably inexpensive and it is in nassau. HTH

My FSIL is a speech-language pathologist. She graduated from Queens College with her masters. She also went to Hofstra for her undergrad. I'm not sure if she does home care anymore, but I can ask her. She works in Glen Cove hospital. She is fantastic!
