NWR: Spelling Bee

I'll admit that I am watching the national spelling bee...these kids are good!

Haha one of the words was numnah.....And the kid thought he said numnuts

I believe the winning word was Magenta. I always wanted to win one of those as a kid

I can't watch the spelling bee...those 13 years old make me feel so dumb!

I loved the numbnuts statement. My 10 yr old really wanted to watch it. She did for about an hour until she got bored.

I watched it. I'm so impressed by these kids! I'm happy for the kid who won, it was so cute when his parents & sister came over & were hugging him & crying.. but I felt bad for the boy who came in second.

I'm watching it now, these kids are so smart! I made it to the LI regionals of the spelling bee back when I was in 8th grade, but I don't remember ever having to spell things this hard Good for them!
