NWR: spinning classes (LA Fitness)

I'd like to try a spin class and am a member of LA Fitness (either Farmingdale or Lake Success). I tried a class many moons ago and almost died...

Does anyone have any recommendations of a specific class or instructor at either location?? I'd go early morning or after 5 pm. THANKS!
